Langley is home, and the Fraser Valley is the region I know best. Most of my longest engagements live here – developers shipping townhome and single-family projects, small local businesses past the messy first chapter, early-stage startups building out of Surrey and Langley, and operators who want their marketing run by someone who'll still pick up the phone next quarter.

Work usually starts in person, then runs on the cadence the business actually needs – weekly check-ins, shared docs, and senior specialists pulled in by discipline. Close enough to walk a presentation centre or finished home, and structured so timelines keep moving between visits.
